Martin and Carolyn Thomas are the founders of Foresight For-Givers Foundation, Inc. (FFF), which owns and operates the Nazareth Man House Ministries. These two people since the 1980’s have spent their lives helping disenfranchised people and those separated from God to move toward the wholeness and peace found in union and fellowship with God and people.

This beautiful God-fearing couple are the proud parents of 9 children and 22 grandchildren. Their unwavering commitment to the ministry of Christ directs the desires of their hearts. The central focus of their lives is working to establish the Kingdom of Christ in the lives of others, especially, those who are properly labeled “the least of these.”

Over the years their approach to ministry has been based on an unparalleled ability to understand the mindsets of those living beneath their God-given potential. The plight of individuals suffering needlessly to endure seemingly insurmountable challenges, has motivated the Thomas” to help others overcome their problems, to survive during trials, and to thrive despite the tribulations they face. Martin and Carolyn’s transparent style of leadership, grounded in humility and genuine love for people who have lost their way in life, and/or given up hope, bears testimony to the fact that God saves, delivers and transforms those who seek Him with all their heart, mind and strength.

Martin is a multi-gifted pastor, lecturer, teacher, mentor, motivational speaker and best-selling author. His extensive pastoral ministries in Texas and Kansas City for 22 years positioned him to share the unique brand of ministry and insights into the Word of God across the nation and abroad.

Martin has a Master of Divinity and is presently completing the requirements for a Doctorate in Counseling. His inspiring thesis, “The Development and Delivery of Ministry to At-Risk Men”, is a practical resource for pastors and church planners seeking to minister more effectively to felons and at-risk men.

His new book, “On the Road to Manhood,” reached a best-sellers list, after only a few days of being released and is used in jail ministries, men’s retreats, workshops and by those in search for practical solutions to the difficulties men face moving from boyhood to manhood.

Lady Carolyn who has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Business Administration has labored untiringly to bridge the gaps that hinder people from overcoming problems beyond their control caused by sociological factors.

She worked with disadvantaged young people for many years at the Youth Opportunity Center, a program devoted to help misdirected and sometimes incorrigible young people find a proper path toward positive and productive lifestyles. As the Director of the Roy C. Buley Center,

Lady Carolyn developed and directed programs providing young people alternatives to the lures of street life. Her work as a Case Manager in the Indiana Department of Corrections gave her a front seat to observe, understand and work with incarcerated men caught up in the vicious cycle of recidivism.

This powerful couple created Foresight For-Givers Foundation (FFF) through which they launched the Nazareth Man House Ministry, an aftercare program for at-risked men and those transitioning back into society after being released from prison. As Executive Director of FFF, Pastor Martin works to create a positive, safe environment in which men can grow and thrive while confronting the personal dysfunctional issues that cause recidivism and separation from God, family and community.

As Executive Director of Counseling and Family Unification of FFF, Lady Carolyn is establishing systems of interaction and communication with their clients to help the men and their families overcome issues that perpetuate dysfunctional, broken homes.

Danny & Pat Yoder have been married fifty-two years and are the proud parents of one son named Rob. He along with his wife Sara, have three children, Zachary, Ella and Ava.

This strong God-fearing family serves as a good example of what a family that prays and stays together can do for God, one another and the kingdom of Christ.

Danny is in his 50th year of installing manufactured homes. With all his success in the business world his life has been centered in the Lordship of Christ and the church he and Pat have attended for forty-seven years. For nine years he served on the pastoral team.

Danny’s desire to share the love of God by helping others in practical ways, explains his involvement with FFG. He has volunteered with Gospel Echoes Prison Ministry, serving as Chairman of that board for eleven years.

While serving with prison ministry for the past twenty-six, I have seen an incredible need for a place like Nazareth Man House. There are so many men I have related to in prison that had no idea where they are going or what they are going to do after being incarcerated. If we can help grow them into a life with a purpose, we have been successful.

This must include helping them find a job, a place to live, become a law-abiding citizen, reestablish family relationships, and connect with a God fearing, doctrinally sound church. All of this is an important part of reentry into society.

Terence Proctor was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and currently resides in Winfield, WV. Terence has enjoyed thirty-seven blessed years of marriage to Pamela Proctor.

The two have four beautiful children, Mikhail, Vashti, Monet, and Venecia, and one grandchild. All his girls are exploring graduate school. His son is chasing his dream to participate in the Olympics in Vaulting.

Terence is a manager for Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc., where he supports infrastructure at two plants. He has his Masters in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins and is pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Charleston.

Terence has been an Elder and a Deacon at different congregations and holds faith as the essential thing in his Life. His favorite pastime is to participate in Missionary work, especially overseas in areas focusing on the disadvantaged and children. He travels at least once a year to Africa and or Mexico in addition to local areas in the U.S.

Shirley Vernae Williams is a director and Emmy-nominated producer who has overseen television series such as History Channel’s “Alone” and “American Restoration” and story produced various series for Refinery29, including “Shady” and “Anomaly,” which generated millions of online views. Other work includes producing high-profile brand content for VaynerMedia and Public Record TV.

In 2019, she produced eight short films for the New York Times, and a documentary for the Annenberg Space Of Photography; in 2020, Williams directed a five part series for Adidas and a three part series for the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In addition, this year she has directed and produced short films for First Response, Center For Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Ritz & Garden Of Life. In 2017, she post produced the documentary film “Intent To Destroy” with the award-winning director Joe Berlinger; the film premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Historical Documentary.

Williams is Head of Strategic Planning & Partnerships for Hue You Know, an organization designed to build community, provide mentorship, and foster employment opportunities for BIPOC professionals in media to bolster diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. She sits on the board of Post New York Alliance and is an active member of PGA & NYWIFT. Williams also owns and operates Willie B. Productions, a production company focusing on film, television and digital content.
